  • 1 large or 2 small pkg. wild strawberry flavor gelatin
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1 pt. fresh strawberries or 1 pkg. frozen strawberries
  • 3 1/2 c. whipped topping
  • 4 c. angel food cake cubes

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

    Add cold water and chill until slightly thickened.

    Slice strawberries and sprinkle with a little sugar if using fresh.

    Blend whipped topping into gelatin, then fold in cake cubes and strawberries.

    Spoon into 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Chill until firm.
