  • 3 to 4 lb. beef flank
  • 1 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1 large can mushrooms, diced
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 can beef broth
  • warm water (if needed to moisten mixture)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. melted oleo
  • 2 to 2 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
