Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

- 1 head cabbage
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 large onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
- 2 eggs
- 3 cans tomato soup
- 3 cans water
- 1 can sauerkraut
Directions

1Cut out the core in cabbage.

2Steam cabbage in boiling water just until leaves are wilted.

3Remove from water and separate leaves.

4In big pot, mix soup, water and sauerkraut; bring to boil.

5Then turn it down to a slow boil.

6Mix ground beef, rice, onion, garlic, pepper, salt and 2 eggs together.

7Put about 1/2 cup of meat mixture on leaf of cabbage.

8Roll it up and push in ends to form roll.

9Put rolls into tomato soup and cook 1 1/2 hours.

10If you don't like sauerkraut, leave it out and add 1 tablespoon vinegar instead.
