  • 6 large clam shells
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 (8 oz.) bag Stove Top stuffing
  • 1 large grated carrot
  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can chopped clams, drained
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • bread crumbs

    Saute onion in olive oil.

    Make stuffing according to package directions.

    Combine all ingredients.
