- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 1/2 c. beef broth
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- water
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. chopped mint leaves
Directions

1Mix beef, 1 egg, onion, rice, parsley, mint, oil and 1/4 cup water.

3Soak fresh leaves in warm water 5 minutes.

4If canned leaves are used, rinse in warm water.
