- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. manicotti shells
- 1 small onion, chopped (1/4 c.)
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cook manicotti shells according to directions; drain.

2Mix onion, spinach, bouillon, garlic powder, thyme, cottage cheese, eggs and Parmesan.

3Fill shells with mixture; arrange in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

4Pour tomato sauce over shells.

5Sprinkle with Mozzarella.

6Cover and cook at 350° until hot and bubbly, about 25 minutes.
