  • 1 large onion, minced
  • 1 large rib celery, minced
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 1 lb. shrimp
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 2 tsp. parsley
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • seasoned bread crumbs
