- 1 lb. hamburger
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/3 c. rice, cooked and drained
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- Lawry's seasoned salt
- garlic salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 4 large peppers, halved
Directions

1Preheat oven to 275°.

2Brown and drain hamburger and onions. Prepare rice.

3Combine all ingredients, but green peppers.

4Boil salted water for peppers.

5Boil peppers for 5 minutes. Immediately dunk them in cold water.

6Place peppers in a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.

7Pour other mixture over them.

8Bake 20 minutes.
