  • 4 green peppers
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Cut peppers in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and wash. Combine beef, cooked rice, onions, salt, pepper and 1/2 can tomato sauce. Pile mixture into peppers in large baking dish. Pour sauce over each pepper. Cover tightly and bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours, basting occasionally.
