- 4 green peppers
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. onions, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cut peppers in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and wash. Combine beef, cooked rice, onions, salt, pepper and 1/2 can tomato sauce. Pile mixture into peppers in large baking dish. Pour sauce over each pepper. Cover tightly and bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours, basting occasionally.
