Stuffed Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. large shrimp, cleaned and ready for stuffing
  • 1 lb. Pepperidge Farm thin white bread, remove crusts and cube
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 celery stalks, minced
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 1/2 box mushrooms, minced
  • 1 can crabmeat

Directions

    Mix all but bread with margarine and oil until onion is soft, not brown. Fold in bread until moist. Stuff shrimp and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Baste with lemon butter sauce. Delicious!
