- 2 lb. large shrimp, cleaned and ready for stuffing
- 1 lb. Pepperidge Farm thin white bread, remove crusts and cube
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 celery stalks, minced
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1/2 box mushrooms, minced
- 1 can crabmeat
Directions

1Mix all but bread with margarine and oil until onion is soft, not brown. Fold in bread until moist. Stuff shrimp and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

2Baste with lemon butter sauce. Delicious!
