Stuffed Squash

  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing (in blue bag)
  • 1 c. apples, chopped and peeled
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 1/2 c. celery
  • 1 butternut squash

Directions

    In a large bowl prepare Pepperidge Farm stuffing according to directions.

    You may reduce the amount of butter though.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Halve a butternut squash lengthwise.
  5. 5
    Carve out center and spoon stuffing in.
  6. 6
    Place squash in pan of water while baking.

    Bake for 1 hour or so at 350°.

    This is very good for Thanksgiving.
