  • 1 14 lbs ground turkey
  • 1 bunch fresh spinach
  • 4 ounces goat cheese
  • 14 cup A.1. Original Sauce
  • 18 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 -3 teaspoon flour
  • 6 large tomatoes (hothouse)

Directions

    Cook turkey in a large skillet.

    Add fresh spinach (stems removed) to turkey before turkey is fully cooked.

    Stir in goat cheese, A-1 sauce, black pepper into turkey spinach mixture until combined.

    Add flour one teaspoon at a time to absorb any liquid that is in skillet.

    Cook for 3 minutes longer.

    Stuffed tomatoes (which have been washed, tops cut off and insides scooped out) with turkey spinach mixture.
