- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Kraft cream cheese
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Prepare 12 servings instant potatoes according to package directions.

2Stir in sour cream, softened cream cheese and garlic salt.

3Spread in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan and sprinkle Cheddar cheese evenly over top.

4Bake 1 hour in preheated 375° oven. Serves 10.
