  • 1 (13.75 oz.) box Betty Crocker Potato Buds
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Kraft cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Prepare 12 servings instant potatoes according to package directions.

    Stir in sour cream, softened cream cheese and garlic salt.

    Spread in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan and sprinkle Cheddar cheese evenly over top.

    Bake 1 hour in preheated 375° oven. Serves 10.
