- 1 (12 oz.) bottle cherries
- 1 pkg. mincemeat
- 2 c. nut meats
- 1 lb. marshmallows
- 1 lb. raisins
- 1 lb. graham crackers
- 1 tall can Pet milk
- 1/4 lb. citron (optional)
- 1/4 lb. orange peel (optional)
Directions

1Crush graham crackers.

2Put milk in top of double boiler; add marshmallows and heat until marshmallows are melted.

3Drain cherries; cut in halves and add all the fruit and nuts to the crushed crackers.

4Pour the milk and marshmallow mixture over the cracker mixture.

5This is really an icebox cake but I baked mine one hour in a slow oven (250°) as it gives the nut meats a toasted flavor.

6Be sure to mix well and bake in a greased, paper lined loaf pan.
