- 1 head lettuce
- 3/4 lb. bacon
- 1 1/2 c. mayo
- 1/2 head cauliflower
- 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 red onion
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Break up lettuce.

2Cut up onion. Fry and crumble bacon.

3In a large bowl with a seal, layer lettuce, cauliflower, onion and bacon. Sprinkle 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese on top.

4Mix mayo and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Spread on top. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.

5Mix before serving.
