- 2 c. rolled oats
- 3/4 c. flaked coconut
- 1/4 c. shelled sunflower seeds
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. liquid honey
- 1/4 c. oil
Directions

1Heat oven to 300°.

2Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Combine all dry ingredients together.

4Add peanut butter, honey and oil and mix well.

5Spread into pan and pat down well.

6Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool for 1 hour before cutting into bars.

7Store in an airtight container.
