- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup sugar (or sugar substitute)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 egg yolks
Directions

1Bring 2 cups heavy whipping cream to a gentle boil. Stir in 1/3 cup of sugar until disolved. Remove from heat.

2In a seperate bowl, wisk egg yokes until blended.

3Slowly pour cream mixture into egg yokes and wisk until blended.

4Allow mixture to cool to room temperature.

5When the mixture has cooled, transfer to a freezer safe container and freeze.
