  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 lb. round or sirloin steak, cut diagonally into very thin strips
  • 1 (6 oz.) can whole water chestnuts, halved

Directions

    Combine soy sauce, garlic, onion, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, ginger and salt in a medium bowl.

    Add meat and stir to coat strips evenly with sauce.
