  • 8 yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 2 c. Fritos, coarsely crushed
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) margarine, melted
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies

Directions

    Cook sliced squash for 5 minutes in salted water to cover. Drain and use spoon to coarsely mash squash; do not overmash.

    Add remaining ingredients to squash and place in greased casserole dish.

    Bake in preheated 325° oven 30 minutes or until well heated throughout.
