  • 6 Large eggs, separated
  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 1/2 c. white raisins

    Cream butter.

    Add in sugar and beat till sugar is dissolved.

    Add in egg yolks, one at a time, beating after each addition.

    Sift flour and baking pwdr, then gradually add in alternately with raisins, stirring well.

    Beat egg whites; mix in well.

    Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
