- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Mix all ingredients with first portion of flour; let stand in warm place 30 minutes.

2Then add second portion of flour.

3Set in warm place 30 to 45 minutes.

4Knead batter.

5Put in three 9-inch well-greased pans.

6Let rise again 30 to 45 minutes or until double in size.

7Punch holes in dough with finger.
