- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 12 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 eggs, beaten

1Mix all ingredients.

2Bake in well greased miniature muffin tins in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.

3Do not bake longer than 15 minutes.

4These tend to stick if left in the tins for too long.
