- 1 peck ripe tomatoes
- 6 small onions
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook tomatoes and onions together.

2Strain and cool.

3Make paste of flour, sugar, salt and pepper.

4Add slowly to tomato and onion mixture.

5Cook 30 to 45 minutes.

6Put in jar; seal.

7Process in water bath for 20 minutes.
