- 1 lb margarine
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup salad oil
Directions

1Unwrap the cubes of margarine while cold: place in a large bowl and let it stand until extremely soft, but not melted.

2Measure buttermilk into a 2-cup measuring cup and stir in the oil.

3With an electric mixers, beat in the margarine until the cubes are blended.

4Add the buttermilk and oil mixture, about 1/4 cup at a time, beating till all is liquid absorbed.

5This will just about fill a two pound plastic bowl.

6NOTE: This mixture freezes well so you can stock up if you like.

7If you buy a qt.
