- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 small green pepper, cut into narrow strips
- 1/4 c. thinly sliced celery
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 to 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. cut up cooked turkey
Directions

1In an 8-inch skillet, cook and stir onion and pepper in oil until tender (about 5 minutes).

2Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder and salt.

3Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.

4Stir in turkey.

5Heat and serve on rice.
