- 1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
- 2/3 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 3 c. hot cooked noodles
