- 1 or 2 pkg. giblets (clean)
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1 1/2 pkg. bread croutons or more
- 4 hard rolls (about)
- 2 cans mushrooms and juice
- bunch of celery, diced
- 2 to 3 onions, chopped
- 1 to 2 cans chicken broth
- 2 to 3 eggs
Directions

1Simmer giblets and turkey gizzards and neck in one can chicken broth; add enough water to cover.

2Add Nature's Seasons, poultry seasoning, sage, chopped parsley, minced onion, salt and pepper to taste.

3When fully cooked, drain off broth and reserve in refrigerator until ready to stuff turkey.

4Dice meat finely or put through meat grinder.
