Ingredients

  • 6 c. flour
  • 2 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 c. hot tap water

Directions

    Mix 2 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Add water and mix well in mixer.

    Add butter and mix. Add eggs and the remaining flour.

    Knead, cover and let set 30 minutes.

    Punch down and shape into rolls for greased pan.

    Let rise until double. Bake at 425° for 10 or 15 minutes.

    Mixture may be refrigerated overnight.
