- 6 c. flour
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 c. hot tap water
Directions

1Mix 2 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Add water and mix well in mixer.

2Add butter and mix. Add eggs and the remaining flour.

3Knead, cover and let set 30 minutes.

4Punch down and shape into rolls for greased pan.

5Let rise until double. Bake at 425° for 10 or 15 minutes.

6Mixture may be refrigerated overnight.
