  • 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1-3/4 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Bring broth, vegetables and garlic salt to boil in large saucepan.

    Stir in rice; cover.

    Remove from heat.

    Let stand 5 min.

    Meanwhile, spray small nonstick skillet with cooking spray.

    Heat on medium heat 1 min.

    Add eggs; cook until set, stirring frequently.

    Add to rice mixture; mix lightly.
