Upside-Down Blueberry Pancakes

- 1 c. pancake mix
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 (16 oz.) can blueberries, well drained
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Prepare pancake mix according to package directions. Set aside.

3In a 10-inch pie plate (in oven), melt butter and remove from heat.

4Spoon berries in bottom of pie plate. Carefully pour batter atop. Bake 18 minutes or until top springs back when tapped.

5Loosen edges and invert onto serving plate.

6Cut in wedges and serve with maple flavor syrup. Serves 4 to 6.
