- 1 roti tandoori, /chapati
- tomato sliced
- 1 handful greens your choice
- 1 handful peppers julienned
- 1 handful red cabbage julienned
- 10 olives blacks
- 1 tablespoon baba ghanoush
- 1 dash olive oil
- 2 cauliflower florets optional
Directions

1On the roti, spread the baba ghanoush. Lay the greens, peppers, cabbage on top.Then the tomato and the olives. Sprinkle some olive oil.

2You can bake this in the oven for 15-20 minutes if having as a pizza. If having as a wrap, skip this step.

3Finish off with grating the cauliflower florets on top your pizza to make it look like cheese.

4Tightly fold the roti from one end to the other, and tuck in!
