  • 2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All, drained
  • 1 c. sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 small onion (optional)
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions

    Combine the first 5 ingredients.

    Pour into casserole bowl. Melt the margarine. Stir in the cracker crumbs.

    Spread crumb mixture over the vegetable mixture. Bake at 350° for about 1/2 hour.
