  • 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli/carrot/cauliflower
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (4 oz.) c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos (optional)
  • 1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions

Directions

    Let vegetables thaw, then drain.

    Drain pimentos.

    Combine vegetables, soup, 2 ounces cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can French fried onions.

    Pour into 1-quart casserole dish. Bake, covered at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Take out of oven and top with remaining cheese and onion.

    Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
