- 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli/carrot/cauliflower
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 oz.) c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos (optional)
- 1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
Directions

1Let vegetables thaw, then drain.

2Drain pimentos.

3Combine vegetables, soup, 2 ounces cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can French fried onions.

4Pour into 1-quart casserole dish. Bake, covered at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Take out of oven and top with remaining cheese and onion.

6Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
