Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tiny green peas, drained
  • 1 (15 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
  • about 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped (or more)
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar pimento pieces, sliced or diced and drained
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
