Ingredients

  • 3 carrots, cut up
  • 4 to 5 potatoes, cut up
  • 4 venison chops, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 3 onions, quartered
  • 1 stalk celery with tops, cut up
  • salt to taste

    Brown venison in frying pan.

    Put all ingredients in crock-pot in order listed.

    Stir just enough to mix pieces; cover and cook on high for 4 1/2 hours.
