- 5 c. warm water
- 2/3 c. honey (part molasses, 2 Tbsp.)
- 12 to 13 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 Tbsp. dry yeast
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 2/3 c. cooking oil
- 2 eggs (optional)
Directions

1With dough hook combine water, 7 cups of flour and yeast.

2Add remaining ingredients and enough flour until dough cleans from side of bowl.

3Knead 6 minutes (10 minutes by hand); form loaves and place in pans.

4Let rise to near double.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

6If mixed by hand, cover and let rise to double.

7Punch down; let rest 15 minutes.

8Second rising in bowl makes finer textured bread.

9Form loaves and bake.
