  • 4 slices bacon with drippings
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

    Cut cabbage in quarters; set aside.

    Fry bacon and remove from skillet.

    Add onion to bacon fat.

    Saut until tender; add cabbage, bacon, salt and pepper.
