- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. Karo light or dark corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry pie shell
- 1 1/2 c. large pieces walnuts
Directions

1Combine eggs, sugar, flour, corn syrup, butter and vanilla; mix well.

2Pour into unbaked pie shell.

3Arrange nuts on top. Bake in lower third of oven at 400° for 15 minutes.

4Reduce heat to 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is set.

5Cool completely.
