- 1/2 c. soft margarine
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- parsley
Directions

1Combine margarine, mustard, horseradish, salt and pepper. Cream until light and fluffy.

2Lightly spread over corn.

3Wrap loosely in foil.

4Bake at 450° for 20 to 25 minutes.

5Sprinkle remaining mixture with parsley.

6Serve with corn.
