White Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 c. white sugar
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk (small can)
  • 1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 12 oz. white chocolate
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Combine sugar, oleo, salt and milk.

    Bring to a full boil (rolling) and boil over low heat for a full five minutes, stirring constantly.

    Remove from heat and add melted chocolate and Marshmallow Creme.

    Add nuts and vanilla; stir until well mixed. Pour in a greased 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Cool for several hours. (Melt chocolate slowly; it burns easily.

    Use heavy pan.)
