White Chocolate Fudge

- 3 c. white sugar
- 1 stick oleo
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk (small can)
- 1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
- 1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 12 oz. white chocolate
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Combine sugar, oleo, salt and milk.

2Bring to a full boil (rolling) and boil over low heat for a full five minutes, stirring constantly.

3Remove from heat and add melted chocolate and Marshmallow Creme.

4Add nuts and vanilla; stir until well mixed. Pour in a greased 9 x 13-inch dish.

5Cool for several hours. (Melt chocolate slowly; it burns easily.

6Use heavy pan.)
