White Chocolate Popcorn Balls

- 10 cups popped popcorn
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 4 ounces white baking chocolate, chopped coarsely
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 cups miniature marshmallows
Directions

1Combine popcorn, pecans and chocolate in a large bowl.

2In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium low heat. Add marshmallows, stir constantly until marshmallows melt and mixture is smooth.

3Pour over popcorn mixture, toss until well coated.

4Dampen hands, shape mixture into 2 1/2 inch balls.

5Cool completely on greased aluminum foil.

6Wrap each popcorn ball in cellophane or plastic wrap.
