- 3 lb. fresh Wild Sock Eye Salmon Filet
- 2 limes
- 1 lemon
- lemon pepper
- garlic powder
- blackening seasoning
Directions

1rinse fresh salmon filet in cold water/pat dry

2squeeze juice of one fresh lime over filet

3sprinkle filet generously with lemon pepper,
-
4garlic powder and blackening seasoning

5refrigerate for 1/2 hour

6Light or preheat grill

7Slice lemon & lime into thin slices
-
8Place salmon directly on rack and grill covered for approx. 20 min. over low, even heat or until filet begins to lift from skin. Top salmon with lime & lemon slices. Grill for an additional 5 minutes, remove from heat and serve!
