" Wild" Grilled Salmon

  • 3 lb. fresh Wild Sock Eye Salmon Filet
  • 2 limes
  • 1 lemon
  • lemon pepper
  • garlic powder
  • blackening seasoning

Directions

    rinse fresh salmon filet in cold water/pat dry
  2. 2
    squeeze juice of one fresh lime over filet
  3. 3
    sprinkle filet generously with lemon pepper,
  4. 4
    garlic powder and blackening seasoning
  5. 5
    refrigerate for 1/2 hour
  6. 6
    Light or preheat grill
  7. 7
    Slice lemon & lime into thin slices
  8. 8
    Place salmon directly on rack and grill covered for approx. 20 min. over low, even heat or until filet begins to lift from skin. Top salmon with lime & lemon slices. Grill for an additional 5 minutes, remove from heat and serve!
