  • 1 pkg. wild and white rice mix
  • 8 oz. bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 c. spinach, shredded
  • 1/2 c. black olives, pitted
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Directions

    Cook rice according to directions.

    Cook sausage and drain. Cook onion and celery until soft.

    Add rest of the ingredients, except pecans.

    Pour mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Sprinkle with pecans.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
