- 1 pkg. wild and white rice mix
- 8 oz. bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. spinach, shredded
- 1/2 c. black olives, pitted
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Directions

1Cook rice according to directions.

2Cook sausage and drain. Cook onion and celery until soft.

3Add rest of the ingredients, except pecans.

4Pour mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole.

5Sprinkle with pecans.

6Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
