- 1 (300 ml) caneagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups thick plain yogurt
- 14 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon rind
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 lb cake, cubed (marbled or golden)
- 1 cup smucker's wildberry jam, divided
Directions

1LEMON CREAM: Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.

2Set aside 5 minutes.

3CAKE: Place 1/4 of cake cubes in the bottom of a 10-cup glass trifle bowl.

4Cover with 1/4 cup of the jam followed by 1/4 of the lemon cream mixture.

5Continue layering, ending with lemon cream.

6Garnish with additional jam if desired.

7Chill for at least 2 hours.

8Serve.
