- 3/4 c. milk
- 6 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 5 tsp. liquid fat
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 c. sifted flour
Directions

1Scald milk.

2Stir in sugar, salt and liquid fat.

3Cool to lukewarm.

4Measure into bowl the warm water.

5Sprinkle in yeast. Stir until dissolved.

6Add egg, beaten, then sifted flour.

7Beat. Knead.

8Place in a greased bowl.

9Cover with wax paper or foil. Let double size.

10Punch down.

11Place in refrigerator.

12Remove later.

13Rise.
-
14Roll out.

15Cut into shapes.

16Bake 20 to 25 minutes in 425° oven.
