- 2 pkg. active dry yeast
- 4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. honey
- 1 3/4 c. hot water (about 125~)
- 2 c. unbleached white enriched flour
- 1 1/4 c. oil
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 5 to 6 c. unbleached white enriched flour
Directions

1Measure yeast, salt, honey and hot water into large bowl and stir.

2Mix in 2 cups flour, oil and eggs.

3Add 4 more cups flour, 1 cup at a time; beat each cup in well with wooden spoon. Sprinkle 1/4 cup flour onto clean hard surface.

4Knead in enough remaining flour to make dough silky and resilient, but still soft, 8 to 10 minutes.

5Additional kneading after silky state.

6Place dough into bowl with 1 tablespoon oil; turn to oil all sides.
