- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 c. zucchini, peeled and sliced
- 1 1/2 c. chopped broccoli
- 1 egg
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 to 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Melt butter in large skillet.

2Add vegetables; cook until tender.

3Beat egg slightly; stir in Swiss cheese, milk, salt and pepper.

4Place vegetables in a 1-quart casserole dish.

5Pour egg mixture over vegetables.

6Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

7Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.
