- 3 c. cut up zucchini (skin too)
- 2 large carrots, grated
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 4 oz. Pepperidge Farm seasoned crumbs (don't substitute)
Directions

1Toss first 5 ingredients together.

2Melt margarine and seasoned crumbs together.

3Add 1/2 of crumb mixture to first mixture.

4Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.

5Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top.

6Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
