- 3 c. zucchini, cut into bite size pieces, lightly cooked and drained
- 2 c. carrots, shredded
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 pkg. (12 oz.) Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix or 1/3 loaf homemade bread, cut up
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
Directions

1Mix dressing with butter.

2Mix all ingredients with 1/2 of dressing mix.

3Put in casserole and top with balance of dressing. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
