- 1 large onion, quartered and sliced
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. boiling water
- 2 bouillon cubes
- 4 c. zucchini, diced
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 c. parsley leaves
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Saute onion in oleo until tender.

2Add all ingredients except parsley.

3Cook 5 minutes or until zucchini is tender.

4Pour into blender, add parsley and puree.

5Cover and watch out for leakage, it's hot!

6Serve hot or cold.
